How To Cook > Turkey Chili

Turkey Chili

12 ounce ground turkey
1 cup onion (chopped)
½ green pepper (chopped)
2 cloves garlic
14 ½ canned tomatoes cut
15 oz can kidney beans
8 oz can tomato sauce
2-3 teaspoons chili powder
½ teaspoon basil

Yield: 6 Servings

1. Cook turkey, onion, pepper and garlic until the meat is cooked/ brown and the onion is tender.

2. Stir in tomatoes, beans, tomato sauce, chili and basil.

3. Bring to a boil.

4. Lower heat, cover and simmer for 20 minutes.
